This a very simple tutorial to show how you can update to the new Bentley SewerGEMS V8i series. The tutorial has one possible issue with someone that has past updates. Please see "F.A.Q."

In this tutorial we will update our system to the latest Bentley SewerGEMS V8i series. However we will go one step further. We will remove the selected patches (patches that we do not want to apply to our system). To do this we will use the Bentley SewerGEMS control panel.
Open the Bentley SewerGEMS control panel.
Choose "SewerGEMS" under the System menu.
Click "System information" on the SewerGEMS control panel.
Click the "Data" tab.
Click "Refresh".
Click "Replace".
Select the "Apply" option.
Click the "Apply" button.
Press the "Enter" button.
Select the "Off" option.
Click "OK".
In the "SewerGEMS" control panel choose "System information"
Under the System menu choose "Data"
Under the "Data" tab click "Refresh"
Under the "Select Patches" tab choose the "Replacement" option
Select the "Apply" option.
Click the "Apply" button.
Press the "Enter" button.
In the SewerGEMS control panel choose "System information"
Under the System menu choose "SewerGEMS"
Under the SewerGEMS menu choose "Control Panel"
Click the "Data" tab.
Click the "Refresh" button.
Under the "Select Patches" tab choose the "Replacement" option.
Select the "Apply" option.
Click the "Apply" button.
Press the "Enter" button.
Select the "Off" option.
Click "OK".
In the "SewerGEMS" control panel choose "System information"
Under the System menu choose "SewerGEMS"
Under the SewerGEMS menu choose "Control Panel"
Click the "Data" tab.
Click the "Refresh" button.
Under the "Select Patches" tab choose the "Replace" option.
